Rachel Cooke

Rachel joined the University of Arkansas in January 2024.  Rachel enjoys painting and reading when she is not working. Rachel is a proud spouse of a retired Sailor, mom to her son, her French Bulldog Squid, and her English Bulldog Scamp who occasionally join her at work! Prior to joining the University of Arkansas, Rachel worked with the U.S. Navy Fleet and Family Support Center.
